Payments to your own account

The family pays your own payment provider. Cadenivo records provider-confirmed payments and prepares documents; it does not collect these service fees. Your provider decides account eligibility and payment methods.

Electronic reporting, insurance billing and fiscal issuance require their applicable external services. A PDF or a successful payment alone does not prove compliance or fiscal issuance.

Seven interface and document languages

Choose Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese or Korean independently of the country. A family member can use a different interface language. The provider may offer a more limited set of checkout languages.

Start with your own practice

Save the correct supplier and payer details. Connect your own eligible merchant account, then create an invoice for the selected child and share it with an authorised family member. Check an existing request before retrying; refunds are handled in your provider account.

Electronic invoices for business recipients in Germany

For a new EUR invoice, download structured CII XML using the base EN16931 standard alongside the regular PDF. This option applies to a German practice profile and a business recipient in Germany.

  1. In the new invoice, explicitly confirm that the recipient is a business in Germany. Enter the recipient details and your practice’s actual tax status.
  2. Create the invoice and select “Electronic documents (XML)”. The ZIP contains invoice.xml; download the PDF separately. Existing invoices keep their original recipient choice.
  3. A confirmed refund appears as a credit note in the ZIP. Make the monetary refund through your own payment provider.

The supported format is base EN16931 CII. XRechnung/B2G, Factur-X, delivery to the recipient and tax reporting require separate arrangements.
