Home practice instructions for families
Families can return to an assigned activity when the material, instructions and way to ask a question are kept together. Fill in this handout after a session and share it with the adult alongside the material.
No sign-up needed. Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice.
What to include before sharing
- Name the exact material and explain how to open it. Check that the family received the right file or link.
- Describe the steps in plain language. Specify duration, frequency and adult support according to your professional plan.
- Explain the response you need: a completion update, a question or a short observation. A photo or voice recording is not a required part of this handout.
- At the next session, go through unclear steps with the family and adjust the instructions.
An example using synthetic data
Material: card 2, assigned at the session. Steps: follow the two steps in the specialist’s handout. Adult support: open the material and read the instructions. Response: note which step you reached and any unclear instruction. Follow-up: discuss this at the beginning of the next session.

This handout organises an activity already selected by a specialist. It does not prescribe a method, workload or intervention programme.
Share the activity in your workspace
In Cadenivo, instructions and materials stay beside the assigned activity. The adult can add a response or question, and the specialist can review it before the next session.
