Practice invoices and direct payments in France

Prepare family PDFs and optional CII XML for business clients in metropolitan France. Payments go to your own account.

Payments to your own account

The family pays your own payment provider. Cadenivo records provider-confirmed payments and prepares documents; it does not collect these service fees. Your provider decides account eligibility and payment methods.

Registration and exemptions depend on your business and service. Cadenivo does not decide that a health or educational service is exempt. Some fields and document names apply only to the selected registration.

Documents and their limits

  • Credit note

Electronic reporting, insurance billing and fiscal issuance require their applicable external services. A PDF or a successful payment alone does not prove compliance or fiscal issuance.

Seven interface and document languages

Choose Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese or Korean independently of the country. A family member can use a different interface language. The provider may offer a more limited set of checkout languages.

Start with your own practice

Save the correct supplier and payer details. Connect your own eligible merchant account, then create an invoice for the selected child and share it with an authorised family member. Check an existing request before retrying; refunds are handled in your provider account.

CII XML for business clients in metropolitan France

Each invoice keeps a snapshot of the supplier and recipient details. Editing your practice profile later does not rewrite those saved details.

  1. Enable French XML invoices in practice settings. Enter your city, postcode, the electronic address supplied by your PA and your own commercial terms. If VAT registered, choose your actual VAT tax point. Explicitly choose the issuer’s actual establishment territory; it is not inferred from the postcode.
  2. Explicitly confirm the business recipient and enter its SIREN, city, postcode and PA address. Family invoices retain their regular PDF. Also choose the recipient’s actual establishment territory.
  3. Create the invoice and choose “Electronic documents (XML)”. Download the PDF separately. Both documents use the details saved with that invoice.
  4. A confirmed refund adds a credit note to the ZIP. Carry out the monetary refund through your own payment provider.

For a new domestic CII XML invoice, both parties must be established in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Guadeloupe, Martinique or Réunion. For Guyane, Mayotte, other French overseas territories or an unconfirmed territory, use the regular PDF without selecting domestic XML. PA transmission and e-reporting are not connected. VAT rates and medical exemptions are not selected automatically.
